Food/Exercise log 8/19

Made it to work painfully today.  LOL.  I’m tired and my shoulders are sore from Spinning, but not my legs.  After the chiro today I did go to the gym and use the ellliptical for a half hour.  I have personal training tomorrow so I don’t want to be all worn out.  I sat in the hot tub and chilled and then showered and came home b/c I was starving.

Breakfast:
Iced coffee, toast, yogurt

snack:
granola fruit bar

lunch:
lean cuisine
tortilla chips

snack:
canteloupe

dinner:
rice and veggies
yogurt
cereal bar
