Food/exercise log 8/21

Today was my last day of summer work.  I had a neuro appt and I slept for shit so no gym today.  Also it was like 10000 degrees and humid and I just felt awful.  I finally have pain meds and lidocaine patches again.

 I really need to get focused on my eating.  It would help if I had food in the fridge, huh?

Breakfast:
blueberry muffin
iced coffee ((not even half it was gross))

snack:
some chips and 2 munchkins (class party)

lunch:
chicken

snack:
some Indian veggie fritters

Dinner:
pasta
