Food/Exercise log for 8/26

Today I didn’t go to the gym.  I am SO sore from personal training I can hardly walk.  All I did was go to the chiro, get a pedicure and chill.  Tomorrow I am going to the beach with "the boy" so there should be some walking and swimming involved.

breakfast:
iced coffee
yougurt

lunch:
starbucks smoothie
1/2 apple, a clementine, and some grapes

dinner:
bagel
string cheese
steamed veggies
