Food/exercise log for 8/29 and 8/30/09

Saturday I had the best intentions of getting up and going to the gym.  My head and stomach were not cooperating however. 

Sunday was way better workout wise.  I took a spinning class for 45 mins and then came home and cleaned my room, moved furniture and hammered the crap out of the bedframe.  I was soaked in sweat again after doing so and needed another shower LOL.  Tomorrow I have personal training again. 

I also need to pick a weigh in day.  The thing is I don’t want to ruin it for myself by having a weigh in be more b/c of my stomach not being cooperative or idk.  Today I was down to 200.5, from the week high of 203.5.  

Food Saturday:
Breakfast:
2 slices toast
protein shake

Lunch:
sandwich

dinner:
caprese sandwich and sweet potato fries at Hurricane O’Reilly’s before Britney

Sunday:
Breakfast:
2 slices toast
cereal bar

Lunch:
protein shake (milk, whey protein powder, small banana, 5 frozen strawberries)
4 slices toast

Dinner:
2 slices pizza
