food/exercise log 9/1/09

I wasn’t as sore as I thought I would be today.  That was good.  I was tired tho.
45 mins on the elliptical and 5 mins on the stairclimber
10 mins in the hot tub 🙂

breakfast;
iced coffee
oikos yogurt
2 slices toast

lunch:
chipotle vegetarian veggie bowl- no salsa
cereal bar

snack:
cereal bar

dinner:
protein shake
healthy choice meal
