food/exercise log 9/2/9

No gym today.  My head hurt and my stomach was off (thank you narcotics for causing issues)
I did vaccuum and steam the floors.

breakfast:
protein shake
iced coffee

lunch:
tortellini
cereal bar

dinner:
salad w/ reduced fat italian dressing
veggies and bulgur
chobani yogurt w/ a teaspoon of honey and a handful of choc. chips
