food/exercise log 9/3/09

Today at the gym I did part of my weight training circuit (what I could remember) about 45 mins and then spent 30 mins on the elliptical. 
I only had a $1.50 so I needed to make sure my time at the gym didn’t exceed what it would cost in the garage.

Breakfast:
Awake tea
Activia smoothie
Cracklin Oat Bran cereal

Lunch:
tortellini

snack:
protein shake w/ banana and choc chips
chobani yogurt

dinner:
salad
baked potato w/ mozz. cheese and a bit of salsa
