food/exercise log 9/5/0

No exercise today despite my best intentions.

Breakfast:
yogurt
cereal bar

snack:
activia smoothie

lunch:
chicken salad
left over rice and veggies

snack:
90 cal ff froz yougurt w/ strawberries

dinner:
fish sandwich and fries at Kelly’s Roast beef- ( didn’t finish the sandwich or nearly half the fries, too full)
