food/exercise log 9/8/09

1 month until my birthday.  I hope I can lose 10 lbs by then.

Spinning kicked my ass.  My new heart rate monitor says I burned almost 700 cals.  Of course it said my heart rate max was 98 so idk.    OMG tired.
