food/exercise log 9/10/09

I had pilates reformer intro today, early.  Ugh.  It was fine……  I am going to take another class next week and then decide if I am going to take more or not

food today 

breakfast:
yougurt
1/2 cup cheerios

snack:
activia drink

lunch:
protein shake
slice of cheese

snack: (after interview)
grande non fat chai
cookie yes bad cindy

dinner:
lean cuisine quesedilla w/ salsa
turkey
slice of bread
chobani yogurt
