food/exercise log 9/11/09

 I had my last personal training session today.  It was good.  I am still frustrated about the scale as I watch it go up every day.  *sigh*  I was going to go to spinning tonight but I was too tired and sore from this morning.

food log

breakfast:
protein shake

lunch:
activia yougurt
couscous
open faced turkey sandwich

snack:
ff iced latte

dinner:
turkey sandwich on whole wheat english muffin
protein shake

    You're PMSing? Everybody gains water weight at that time of the month. Your weight is meant to fluctuate up to 10 pounds in a month, so don't worry too much about it. Keep doing what you're doing.

    I know. It's just never been so bad before. Ugh. I took today off from everything to just try to relax and chill and since I feel like I am coming down with a cold. Tomorrow I am doing a 5 mile walk w/ some friends for the Jimmy Fundy so . . .
    Thanks again for the support and advice. How it the P90x going?
