food/exercise log 9/16/09

 I went through most of today thinking it was Tuesday. Oops LOL.  So when I went to spinning I expected an entirely different instructor LOL.   Oh well it was a good class anyways.  I burned 654 calories according to my HRM.

Food log:
breakfast:
iced latte w/skim milk 120
protein shake =260

lunch:
lean cuisine= 240
bread= 65
cheese=80

snack:
chobani =150

dinner:
protein shake=200
2 cups cheerios w/ no milk b/c I think that is gross=220

total= 1335

    Oh I ate some yogurt for dessert with some added choc. chips so make that about 1335+225=1560
