food/exercise log 9/28/09

 I babysat today so there was no working out since I was gone from 8 am and didn’t get home until pm.  
Tomorrow, spinning class and hopefully the beginning of a 2 day juice fast.

food log (not the best but I wasn’t at home)

breakfast:
protein shake
iced coffee

lunch:
handful of goldfish
turkey sandwich

dinner:
roasted chicken
stuffing
challah
(I know no veggies, all they had was green bean casserole which was creamy, ick)

dessert:
pumpkin pie and small scoop of ice cream
