I totally overslept today so I missed breakfast and went straight to lunch. I went shopping today and then I hit the gym. I did 20 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes on the elliptical. My head was starting to hurt by the end and I was just praying for the end of the workout. I burned 500 calories according to my HRM. I had to change some of the settings including weight and age today on it. I stretched and then spent a few mins in the steam room since the hot tub was being cleaned. 🙁

1 petite vanilla scone
leftover salmon and asparagus
steamed veggies with a little 2% mozzarella over it
I will probably have a snack in a while like some yougurt or a luna bar or both since I want to make sure I have had enough calories.
