Food/Exercise log 10/15/09

 I hit the gym today.  I thought there was spinning today but there wasn’t.  And then I was going to body pump but my back and shoulder are still bothering me so I just did week 2 day 1 of the C25K program, but stayed on the treadmill for 45 minutes.  I felt good running even though I haven’t done so in a while.  My foot felt ok until the very end, but it didn’t last long, it was more of a mild ache.  I need to get back into running b/c I did feel good and I do enjoy the intervals.  

I stretched and hit the hot tub.  It felt awesome.  

I think I am going to scrape together some money and do another round of personal training.  Ive been lacking in my weight training and I need Amanda to kick my ass again.  I get a 20% discount and I can do a payment plan . . . . so 🙂

I feel like I have been eating tons this week.  I do not know why . . . .  I’ve just been starving!

breakfast:
protein shake w. 1/2 small banana since 1/ of it was gross and protein powder and froz. strawberries
wheat bagel from DD, butter

lunch/snack
1 slice of bread w/ a tiny bit of cheese
melted dark chocolate and strawberries

dinner:
the rest of my spaghetti squash, sauce and ground turkey
granola bar
