10/23 and 10/24 food and exercise log

Yesterday was my first day back to work.   It was draining b/c I have not had much sleep but I did come home, nap, and then go to the gym.  I was proud of my achievement.  I took a Pilates class and it was a good change.  I am going to try to get to this class once a week, hopefully after a run.   It was great.

Food log yesterday:

Breakfast:
iced coffee
granola w/ Fage yogurt

Snack:
z bar

Lunch:
salad with a bit of hard boiled egg, 1 cube of cheese, ton of veggies and oil and vinegar dressing
z bar

Dinner:
protein smoothie
lean cuisine quesedilla
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds

Saturday:
I had to work this morning at the p/t job and OMG I had no desire.  I was so tired and I still feel like I have a cold, but its moved into my sinuses now.  *eyeroll*  I came homem and rested the rest of the day, trying to get whatever this crud is out of me.

Breakfast:
iced coffee
glazed donut (my once a week treat)

snack:
cereal bar

lunch:
protein shake w/ digestive help yogurt
bowl of cheerios

snack:
ginger tea and z bar

dinner:
lean cuisine quesedilla
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
