Workout/exercise log 11/2/09

 193 this morning!  🙂  The being sick diet works well for weight loss LOL.  

Today was the first day I felt I was back into a routine.   I got up at a reasonable hour and got things done, and went to the gym.  I still do not feel 100% at all.  I feel off and on and feel acidy sometimes.  IDK.  I’m hoping I will wake up feeling just great tomorrow since I got called into work.

At the gym I did 45 mins on the elliptical and came home and did day 1 of Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred.  The HRM says I burned 700 cals; I feel that is way high but whatevs.  At least it would somewhat balance the ice cream consumption LOL.  I found pumpkin ice cream and was nom nom nom about it LOL

Food:
Healthy Start English muffin

Lunch:
turkey and swiss small sandwich from Quiznos
small gatorade

snack:
pumpkin ice cream

dinner:
bowl of rice
danactive smoothie

snack:
pumpkin ice cream

    Good for you on the weight loss, and I hope you'll be 100% soon.
    (TMI My head hurts because I've been crying all afternoon.)
