Food/Exercise log 12/2/09

Trying to get back on the wagon. I still don’t feel 100%. I have light sensitivity and excess saliva production. (a side effect of oxy? me being weird, idk? rabies, says arhh) If that is the case I have bigger worries LOL

Breakfast:
clif bar
skinny latte

lunch:
chicken patty sandwich on whole wheat bun
tater tots

snack:
weight watcher bagel with weight watcher cream cheese
1/2 a tomato

dinner:
chicken in a pot ((chicken cooked in a pot with olive oil, white wine, water, tomatoes and carrots)
steamed long grain rice
steamed veggies

dessert:
clif z bar
