I finally finshed my weight loss chart, one like the one Skinny Me made. The picture is crap since my roommate still has my camera. I will try to take a better picture soon. I wish I could colour in more numbers. I need to get on the ball and get focused. I just need to get out of this BLAH funk. That and not having a headache every five minutes or this cold, which has made me all run down…..
Any suggestions on how to get motivated?
