Food/Exercise log 12/14/09

Today was another meh day. No exercise again. I am looking forward to the new BodyPump tomorrow at the gym after I get my haircut and go Christmas shopping. I wish I could just feel human, not congested, and not headachy.

blueberry muffin
50% less sugar OJ

snack:
Stacy’s pita chips

lunch:
lean cuisine quesadilla

dinner:
corn
quinoa with a little tomato sauce
digestive help yogurt
