Food/exercise update 12/20/09

 1.  I am addicted to this icon.  It’s also my wallpaper.  I know this has nothing to do with anything.

2.  I lost 6 pounds this week.  I am reluctant to shade down my weight loss chart.  I just don’t know if it will stick, or I will lose more, or it will go way back up.

3.  I currently have a perilous grip on reality.

4. Exercise for today: shoveling snow.  Considering the plows didn’t come down the street until after 4, going to the gym wasn’t an option.  I did go yesterday, however.

5. today’s food log

breakfast/lunch cinnamon toast
pumpkin greek yogurt

snack: 3 Godiva chocolates

dinner: leftover chic peas and whole wheat couscous
clif z bar
