Food/exercise update 12/22/09

My goal for by the end of the year was to get into the 180’s.  Today I weighed 189.5.  

Of course, there is a reason for that.  I have been experiencing some withdrawal issues from my antidepressant since I hadn’t got a refill.  I was feeling horrid and nauseous and awful.  Yesterday I think the only thing I ate was a poptart.  Today was about the same and some crackers as well.  Obviously I was not insane and did not push myself to workout, even though mentally I wanted to.
