Day 18 (I missed a few days, oops)

Today was a good day, despite the fact I slept in way too late.

We went and had lunch and then I ran some errands, got some fresh air and walking in, and then came home.  I’m now procrastinating writing my paper.

I’m not weighing myself this week b/c I am bloated and icky from PMT and there is no need to upset myself over it.
