Today I went to Pilates and spinning back to back. Pilates was great and I know I have lots of room for improvement. I struggled on a lot of moves, especially with my bad ankle.
I am looking forward to going again next week.
Spinning was very intense. The instructor was very in your face and came around to check on everyone and motivate them.
I worked hard and felt great but tired. I was glad to get home and take a hot shower.
I’m looking forward to a good nights sleep, and a visit to the chiropractor tomorrow, as well as getting a workout in and going to my first book group!
