Since I finally found coconut water (well Steph did) I decided I needed to make a smoothie. I asked online but no one got back to me, so I decided to be creative.
Blueberry Coconut Water Smoothie
-1 cup coconut water
take out bag of frozen blueberries, estimate a-bout 1/2 cup left and dump into blender
-take out frozen banana that is yellow and brown and throw into trash (ew!)
-look thorugh cupboard for protein powder, find no vanilla, but a strawberry cream whey protein pack, pre-measured for one serving and toss that into blender.
-realize blender is leaking (tighten bottom lid)
-dump in all the ice I could get out of the ice trays
makes 1 serving and I will have to get back to you on the calories.
So far, its’s not that bad
