Two for Tuesday

Just a quick two things for today.

One: Today’s workout was killer. My legs are killing and I am tired! Weight lifting is tiring but awesome.

Two: I finally figured out what was making me feel so sick. It was the new protein powder we got! It’s a bummer since I really, really liked it. However, it is good to finally have figured out what was making me feel so sick. I will have to find another kind that has less add-ins; that is more basic and plain.

*yawn* I am beat. I am going to watch Dallas and head to bed. I have an early afternoon meeting and I still really need to get to the post office!
