I’m exhausted. Lifting wore me out yesterday! I also didn’t sleep well for whatever reason. Today ended up being a rest day since my legs aren’t recovered as of yet. So my schedule this week has been revamped.
Monday – off
Tuesday- weight training
Thursday- spinning (and maybe a walk if the sun comes out like its supposed to)
Friday- weight training
Today I met with a colleague who is working on her dissertation on bullying and had coffee. After Steph and I went and ran some errands. I picked up some plain whey protein powder, which has been fine on my stomach. We also tried the new Starbucks Refreshers. They were really good, and really low cal, so that was an added bonus.
Tomorrow I have an early meeting (UGH) with my advisor, so it’s an early night for me!
