Thursday- weight training/spinning
Friday- 2 mile walk
Sunday: weight training
Im not sure why I am having such a hard time getting my workouts together and going consistently. I knew Friday just taking a short walk was all I could handle;my legs were done in from Thursday. That I had no problem with. Its the Monday and Wednesday that get me. I know I get lazy. Who doesnt? I just seem to be lazy ALL. THE. TIME.
I have a more cardio intense week planned for this week. Lifting was difficult today (due to poor choices, lack of food, energy, etc) so there may be a little break in there for a few days. I hope this coming week is better.
