What’s to come

Today was another wash.  🙁  Yet another bad headache day.  I hope that when I call neurology tomorrow they can fit me in ASAP.

This weeks workout plans are:

Monday-weights
Tuesday-spinning and box fit
Wednesday-unsure yet, weights?
Thursday- spinning
Friday-yoga
Saturday-spinning

The reason why I am not sure about Wednesday is because that is the day that I am starting the “Pure Loser” plan at my gym.  It’s a 6 week course where you get weighed and tested for body fat.  It’s kind of like the Biggest Loser combined with Weight Watchers.  The winner (whomever loses the most body fat in 6 weeks) gets free membership for a year, which is pretty cool.  

I am excited to see if this will change up my current plan and give me ideas and assistance, especially since I’ve been unable to lose any weight in the past 8 weeks (well way longer than that LOL) on my own.   If that doesn’t work, then I will go to my GP.  I would go sooner, but every single time I have gone to the doctor for assistance in losing weight, I get the “you are already doing everything right, just keep doing it” speech, which is frustrating. (Almost as frustrating as having a headache for 6 years.) 

I’m also excited to be participating in Fitness Cheerleader’s August Healthy Living/Fitness Blogger Writing Challenge.  Janice has come up with topics for each day in August for participants to post about and then link back to on her blog.  I hope this will help jazz up my blog topics, allow me to “meet” other bloggers, and boost my blog traffic!

For now I just plan on getting some reading done.
