Monday

I woke up early worrying and stressing about things I couldn’t control, which is always such a fun way to start the day.  I was finally able to fall back to sleep, but it just didn’t start the day off on the right foot.

After we had lunch, I went with Steph to her GP appointment and then we went to the gym.  I did the same weight workout as last time. After that I did a trial run of part of the Tryathalon contest that is going on at my gym.  I wanted to see how long it would take me to run .5K.  It took me 4 minutes and I literaly thought I was going to be sick.  Definately need to improve on that.  I am confident in my ability to bike .5K very quickly as well as being able to row 600 meters.  I will do some practice runs over the next few weeks so I can enter the challenge at the best of my ability.  I’d like to be under 5 minutes, but I will take what I can get.

Tomorrow’s plan is to get some things done, and then I have spin and box fit in the evening.
