Not so fun Sunday

Meh.  That sums up how I feel today.  I have felt off all day, not that this is much of anything new.  I was incredibly headachy and dizzy and by the time I realized I had to go out, I ended up not making it to Boots before they closed.  (I miss civilization where I could go to the store after 5, 6pm.) I don’t know if it is the weather (it’s soooo humid and intermittently stormy/rainy), the high paced spinning class yesterday, my general anxiety, or idk what.  I just hate feeling so meh.

I spent most of the afternoon watching the Olympics (the end of the marathon, gymnastics, a bit of weight lifting- it kept cutting out, and the tennis, which I had no clue what was going on.)  After my errand out, I put the Red Sox game on (audio) and have been playing with my site.  I’m trying to get it more “me,” but I have no idea what I really want.

I finally realized about an hour ago that I had hardly eaten today, so I made dinner (pasta, Quorn mince, sauce) and while it was cooking I ran the Hoover.  Way to multi-task!

I think I am glad my spinning class was cancelled today.  I was in no shape to run errands, never mind get on a spinning bike!

Monday-weights
Tuesday-spinning and box fit
Wednesday-unsure yet, weights?
Thursday- spinning
Friday-yoga
Saturday-spinning

What I actually did:

Monday-weights
Tuesday-spinning and box fit
Wednesday-day off
Thursday- walking
Friday-walking and weights
Saturday-spinning

So, all in all not bad.  Not as I had planned, but with the weigh in thing Wednesday and not eating lunch until well after 2pm, there was no way I had any energy to work out.  Thursday, was a impromptu change, but it involved lots of walking, so it was all good.

Monday-walking and weights
Tuesday-spinning and box fit
Wednesday-off
Thursday- spinning
Friday-weights and yoga
Saturday-spinning

Let’s hope nothing interferes with my plans!  🙂
