Weekly wrap up

This week was not without its drama, caused by me mostly.  One of these days I will learn to not act like a petulant 5 year old.

Planned workouts:

Monday-walking and weights
Tuesday-spinning and box fit
Wednesday-off
Thursday- spinning
Friday-weights and yoga
Saturday-spinning

Actual workouts:

Monday: Walking happened, but it happened poorly.  I went to Stirling with Steph and then it began raining and I was wet and I am not a happy camper walking in the rain, especially when I am not wearing footwear that is rain appropriate.  Anyways it was not good and just walking those 2 miles killed my foot and calf and put me in a pissy mood.  But it was pretty (before the rain)

Thursday: Weights

Friday: off (I was tired and sore!)

Saturday: C25K

I would have normally gone to spinning last night, but I was so bored in the afternoon and had nothing to do, so I went to the gym early so I wouldn’t blow it off.  Today I have a scheduled spinning class, but we might end up doing weights, and I may spin after, it all depends on how the day goes.  I’ve scheduled spinning classes all week so I can go any day, and always cancel if I end up doing weights or something else.  I am finding that setting these things in a set schedule isn’t working and then I feel frustrated when I don’t make a class to do something else.  So this week, I am still aiming for my 5 days on, and as long as I go 5 days and work hard, that is what I am aiming for this week.  (I have a lot of work to do this week and that’s why I’m stepping back from a set in stone schedule.)
