As part of the August Healthy Living/Fitness Blogger Writing Challenge, this is the seventeenth post in a month long series of posts. (Sorry for the delay, I wasn’t feeling 100% yesterday.)
I guess as far as a routine goes, I don’t have a real favourite. If I go on a day I’m not spinning, I’m usually doing Starting Strength (weight lifting) or Couch to 5K. I’m not a real fan of weight lifting, but I do understand how necessary it is, so therefore I do it. I’d rather do cardio every day, TBH.
So as far as a favourite goes, it would have to be spinning. While the classes here aren’t as much as visualising an actual climb, (I kind of do it in my head) it challenges me every time, and I try to get faster (via RPM during sprints) and go further.
