Today’s post- Do you workout at home or at the gym?
The gym, 95% of the time. I am not disciplined enough to workout at home with videos, and I don’t have the budget or space to have a treadmill or spin bike in my flat. The gym I go to here is reasonably priced, is open 24/7, and has a wide range of classes and equipment.
However, that being said, on the occasion of a nice day in Glasgow I prefer to take my workout outside. Yesterday was really nice, so instead of taking the subway home from the office, I took the long way home and walked. It was nice and relaxing.
Now if only I could feel better, so I could take advantage of a good gym workout, especially now that my knee is feeling better.
