Goals for September

As part of the August Healthy Living/Fitness Blogger Writing Challenge, this is the last post in a month long series of posts.  But do not fear friends, Fitness Cheerleader has agreed to do the same for September.

So goals for September!

-Clean my room and get it set for fall!  (i.e move my bed away from the heater as it will probably on sooner than later)

-Work out consistently 4-5 times/week.  Now that Gympact has integrated with Runkeeper this should be easy.  If I don’t feel like going to the gym I can walk, especially if it is nice out!

-Try to be less stressed.  I am sure this will happen on the 17th once I get my loan money!  🙂

-Go to the office twice a week.

Not very exciting I know, but it is what it is right now.
