Current workout plan

As part of the September blogging writing challenge, I will be writing posts each day based on a topic given (just like last month)!

Today’s topic is to discuss your typical week’s training schedule.

Monday- weight training
Tuesday- spin
Wednesday- off or weight training
Thursday-spin
Friday-weight training
Saturday- off or walking
Sunday-spin

I’m as flexible as I can be and change things around to suit my schedule.  If I am really tired or sore I will work in an off day, and then add a workout on a day I had planned off.  I am sure that once uni begins I will have to change some things around.  I figure I can have off days be days I am on campus or walk as my cardio those days.  Once I have the schedule straight and I can enrol I will know better.  I know that next week I will be on campus every day, so I may end up just walking for my workouts if time is of the essence.  We had been planning to take a week off weight lifting to rest our muscles and contemplate changing routines/plans- I may need to do that next week instead of this week, but I am unsure as of yet.
