As part of the September blogging writing challenge, I will be writing posts each day based on a topic given (just like last month)!
Today’s topic is discussing your favourite strength move(s).
I’m really not a huge fan of strength training. I’d rather do cardio! I do appreciate the benefits of strength training, so I make sure I do it regularly. If I had to pick a move that I liked the most, I guess I’d say the bench press, since I’ve seen the most progress on it over the past 2 months. I do also enjoy Body Pump classes, and I hope to be able to integrate them into my strength routine once I’ve decided on what I’m doing after this week break off to recover.
