How do you log your workouts/track your food?

As part of the September blogging writing challenge, I will be writing posts each day based on a topic given (just like last month)!

Today’s Yesterday’s topic is- How do you log your workouts/track your food?

I track my food and exercise in MyFitnessPal.  I also track my workouts on Dailymile and Fitocracy.  I use GymPact to give me an incentive to go to the gym (b/c sometimes the couch is more comfy).  GymPact is now integrated with Runkeeper, so that on nice days, or days I really don’t have time to go across the city to the gym, I can walk or run outside.

I wish their was one app that updated all the other apps for me, so I don’t have to do it manually.  (In fact I am sure there is, I just need to find it.)  🙂

I also keep track of my weight lifting progress in an Excel spreadsheet so I can see how much I’ve progressed.  I also started one for cardio, but I’ve been really bad at keeping it up to date.  I’m lazy like that.
