As part of the September blogging writing challenge, I will be writing posts each day based on a topic given (just like last month)!
Today’s topic is if you workout with someone or if you prefer to workout alone.
When I weight lift, I workout with Steph. This way I have a spotter and so does she. When I do cardio, like spinning, I usually do on my own. If we’re just hitting the treadmills at the gym we will work out together next to each other. We will often go on walks together too, which can be nice, but she has longer legs than I do! 🙂
