September fitness blogger challenge days 25-27

It seems like a recurring theme this month, catching up.  I feel like I am always catching up, even though most days it isn’t like I am SO busy.  Monday I had class, Tuesday I can’t even remember, and yesterday I had my hair done, which clearly took up all. the. time.  Today, I’ve spent the day in a childlike snit.  I’m not in a good mood or a good place right now at all.

 

Day 25: What is something you do well?

Being irrationally pissy and jealous.  Throwing temper tantrums like a 5 year old.  Whinging and complaining.

Day 26: What is one area of fitness you’d like to improve on?

Actually getting to the gym would be the current area I need to improve on.

Day 27: Do you use any meal replacements or shakes?

I enjoy a whey protein shake after weight training and sometimes I will make a more calorie dense one for breakfast or another meal. I’m dying to try a pumpkin one now that I’ve found pumpkin.  Maybe I will make a mini one for dessert!
