Goal review and new ones for October

I’ve been a bad blogger lately.  By the time I think of anything I want to write, I’m just too tired or don’t really have anything to say.  I’ve been pretty lame lately.

So September goals were:

-Work out consistently 4-5 times/week.  Now that Gympact has integrated with Runkeeper this should be easy.  If I don’t feel like going to the gym I can walk, especially if it is nice out!

-Try to be less stressed.  I am sure this will happen on the 17th once I get my loan money!  🙂

-Go to the office twice a week.

How did I do?

-I managed to work out 3-4 times on average.  Having a week of Ph.D training set me back a bit, but I was able to get in a lot of walking.  So, I’d give myself a B.

-Be less stressed?  Ha!  I think I’ve been more stressed.  Between the stress over money and my dad’s cancer, I’ve been at the very high end of my stress level.  Grade: F.


– Go to the office twice a week.  HA!  I went twice.  In all.  Yeah.  A bit not good.  Grade:  Is there less than F?

In the end . . . . with everything going on . . .



So, on to October!


2. Keep on top of Statistics reading and work.

3. Workout 3-4 times/week.

4. Enjoy my birthday.


So, let’s hope that October is far better than September was!
