In today’s health/fitness blogger challenge the question of the day is “What would you tell a friend who wanted to quit?”
I honestly don’t know how to answer this question. I have a hard enough time keeping myself on track (poorly as of late) let alone helping someone else. I think it would depend whether or not they asked for help. I am not good at giving out unsolicited advice, nor do I like getting it.
I think if anyone tried to give me advice right now I’d probably end up in a bad place. I know what I have to do and need to do, and I am sure anyone who feels like quitting feels (or knows) the same.
I would like to think if I were to offer advice to someone that I’d be considerate and sensitive to their needs and be there for them as much as I can.
