In today’s health/fitness blogger challenge the challenge of the day is to discuss what songs you listen to when you workout.
I listen to anything that’s upbeat and fast, and my playlist has a hundred + songs in it.

I also love the mixes on rockmyrun.com and I enjoy listening to them while spinning (on my own). When I am strength training I generally don’t listen to music, unless I’m on my own, which is a rare occurrence
