I’m exhausted.  It’s been a long week and I am just worn out.  I haven’t been feeling 100%, my knee and hip have been killing, and I’m just tired.  I’ve been stressed out about my research work and other things (the possibility of new meds, money issues, etc).  I’ve had a hard time balancing everything I need to get done this week and at this point I am just looking forward to the weekend.

I went to the PT yesterday and she gave me a new set of exercises to do daily.  It’s also been suggested I take a break on lower body training (squats, probably deadlifts) while I get my knee straightened out.  It seems to be a muscular imbalance and my entire right side from my hip down is really, really tight.  (This is the same hip that has plagued me for years.)  I really need to go back to the chiropractor.

I go back next week and hopefully I will be feeling better and making progress.

Tomorrow I have to go to uni to do a visa check in and go to the GP.  It’s not supposed to rain tomorrow and I hope to see the sun, even if for a little bit.  It has been milder, but REALLY windy.

I do have some good news to share, but this hardly seems the week for happy sharing.  In fact I had a hard time trying to come up with something to post at all.  It just hardly seems appropriate right now.

On that note, I should go and try to be productive for the remainder of the evening.

Have you ever been to a chiropractor?  Did you have a good experience?

It’s just been a rough week overall. I’m just hoping to get work done.
