#Juneathon day 29

I think I finally understand why runners get up early.  If I am up early I am likely to get up and out and get things done.

I got up at 11:30 this morning.  I blame a lot of it on the Lyrica.  I take it when I get up at ridic o’clock to feed Molly and then I am OUT for ours.  If I take it after 10 am I can’t function at all during the day, but as long as I take it when I am up at 6amish and go back to sleep I am ok.  I definitely need to bring this up at my next GP visit.

Given the late hour I got up, my plans to go to Parkrun (I’d have to get up at 7 to get there on time since the Parkrun in Glasgow is on the other side of the city and I’d have to take 2 trains) or run at all just didn’t happen.  Steph and I went to city centre and walked around and ran errands and bought more nail polish and then I nearly died from eating something that was filled with Nutella apparently.  (OK I didn’t nearly die, but I did start to get very, very itchy.)

I’ve had dinner and homemade cupcakes and I could go to sleep right now.

Tomorrow is the last day of #Juneathon. I have gym plans for tomorrow as it’s going to be rather rainy.
